The purpose of this training course is to equip Rizon Technical Representatives and Sales personnel with a strong foundation in refining knowledge. Our goal is straightforward: to build the most knowledgeable and effective field and sales force in the industry.

In earlier decades, this type of structured refinery training was common practice. Over time, however, pressures of cost and scheduling caused it to fade. By reintroducing it now, we are restoring a discipline that not only strengthens technical credibility but also deepens the value we bring to our customers.

The course is designed to progress in stages. We begin with broad concepts—an overview of refinery operations and the basic principles of crude processing. From there, each module moves into progressively more technical and specific topics, ensuring that participants build confidence step by step. By the end, attendees will have both the general perspective and the detailed knowledge needed to engage refinery professionals with authority and insight.

Each course within this series is required to be completed in sequence.
